This space is attached to our main home, with its own entrance, in a private gated community in the South Western District of Nassau, just 10-20 minutes away from the Airport, major food stores, restaurants, and more. And It also has a kitchen area and one (1) full bathroom.
The community is surrounded by water, has 24-hour security, and shared community amenities such as a tennis court, pool, rocky ocean shoreline, and more.
